Cecil Finn

8th May 2020 by

Cecil Finn of Campbeltown was a skipper onboard dual purpose ringnetter and trawler Stella Maris, CN158. He owned Brighter Morn, CN15, for around 5-6 years.

‘Stella Maris, CN158, was built in Port Seton in 1959 and was then named and registered ‘Watchful’ and ‘Majestic’, SY137.

‘Brighter Morn’ was originally built in 1956 as ‘Nimrod’, LH50, for Port Seton owners, and was later sold to Cecil Finn of Campbeltown. She was later sold to owners in Peterhead.
